True Lies

True lies was a action spy comedy on CBS which regretably got cancelled after its one season. It was a blast to work on, although one of the most challenging shows I’ve done, with tons of cool graphics, like renderings, interesting props, and a whole boat-load of tac vans.

Monarch

I got to work on Fox television’s “Monarch” TV series about a family of country music legends as secrets and drama unfolds. Although regrettably cancelled, it featured some fantastic original songs and covers interspersed throughout, performed by the cast of talented musicians and singers, including Susan Sarandon and Trace Adkins, Anna Friel and others. There were lots of interesting things to work on especially including lots of renderings and previz to help sell the stage setups and motion graphics.

Small A-Frame House Design

I designed this small home for my sister who was interested in the idea of small living. I designed it as a learning project to get a better grasp of Rhino and V-Ray and it worked well! I now have a fairly solid understanding of the programs and feel comfortable and speedy in the workflow.  It was a blast to create and I hope they get to build something like it in the near future!

Raising Dion Renderings

Here’s a bunch of random renderings and pre-viz I did for Raising Dion. Some are more concept, some are just placement for a piece of artwork I generated.

Artemis Jayne Product Box

The producers wanted something that recalled the Drew Struzen-esque movie posters from the eighties, especially those inspired by Riply from the film Alien. I had to create a fictional strong female character for an imaginary film. unfortuantely we only had a day to finalize the artwork, so there was a bit of a scramble, but the end result turned out great and was highly featured!

Revolution – Renderings

Here are a few renderings and mock-ups I did for Revolution, Season 1

Naked – Renderings

I also got the chance to perform a lot of pre-visualization and mock-up set renderings on Naked. They were very helpful in getting set designs approved and getting everyone on the same page with regards to the set plan.

Naked – Elevator

I got the privilege of assisting with art direction on Netflix’s 2016 film “Naked” starring Marlon Wayans. I got to design several sets and pieces of scenery, one of which was the elevator that’s featured in the beginning of many scenes. Designed in Sketchup and drawings in layout.

Ad-Hoc Computer Rendering

Here’s a painted Rendering of an ad-hoc computer that the character Aaron assembles from spare parts. The prop master wanted something that looked realistic, yet visually interesting so we wanted to pre-visualize it before starting to put it together.
